Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Dentvill website (dentvill.com) and the purchase of products available on it.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

By placing an order, the user makes an offer to purchase products. The order is considered confirmed after our operator contacts you and confirms availability and terms.

We reserve the right to refuse an order due to stock depletion, incorrect data, or other justified reasons.

Product prices are indicated in the national currency (₾) and include taxes prescribed by law, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is possible online by card (Visa / Mastercard) or via cashless bank transfer for legal entities. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Delivery is made to the specified address. The delivery time in Tbilisi is 24 hours, and in regions — 1–3 working days. Delivery is free for orders over 150 ₾.

The delivery time may change due to circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, we will inform the customer in advance.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us by phone or email.

A return requires that the product's presentation, original packaging, labels and properties are intact, that the product is unused, and that proof of purchase is provided.

The refund is issued by the same method the customer paid with, no later than 14 calendar days after the product is returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the product is defective or does not match the order.

In line with the law, the unconditional 14-day return does not apply to sealed products whose seal was broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (for example sterile and single-use consumables), nor to products made to individual order. This does not limit your right to return a defective product.

We strive to ensure the information on the site is accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the error-free nature of all details.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and the intended use of the product.
